  • Do you show ads on the flipbooks?

    No, there will be no ads on the flipbooks.

  • What supported document formats can be converted to flipbooks?

    The primary supported format is PDF. The Professional Account Plan additionally supports PPT, PPTX, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, and ODT formats.

  • Is there any limit on the number of pages or size?

    There are no limits, but the total disk space of your flipbooks can't exceed your plan's storage space.

    For example, on a Lite 10Gb plan with the typical 2Mb PDF you can have around 5,000 flipbooks online and on a Professional 20Gb plan with the typical 2Mb PDF you can have around 10,000 flipbooks online. You can also delete old flipbooks to get the storage back.

  • Can I remove the powered by PDF Flip logo?

    The "Powered by PDF Flip" logo appears only for Free accounts. With any paid plan (Basic, Lite or Professional) you can remove it or replace it with your own logo and link.

  • Can I customize the look and feel of my flipbooks?

    Yes. You can customize the appearance of your flipbooks from the dashboard, including colors, layout, page effects, and other display settings.

  • Can I embed the flipbooks on my website?

    Yes. With any of the paid plans (Basic, Lite or Professional) you can embed your flipbooks on your website. Two embed options are available: embed as an iframe on an existing page, or embed as a cover thumbnail that opens the flipbook when clicked.

  • Can I protect my flipbooks with a password?

    Yes. With any of the paid plans (Basic, Lite or Professional) you can password-protect your flipbooks so that only visitors with the correct password can view them.

  • Can I download and host the flipbooks on my website?

    Yes. With a Professional account you can download your flipbooks as HTML files and host them on your own website.

  • Can I download and open the flipbooks on my computer?

    Yes. With a Professional account you can download flipbooks as HTML files and open them directly on your computer.

  • Can I use a custom domain name for my flipbooks?

    Yes. With a Professional account you can use a custom name on iflip.page for your flipbooks and bookshelves. Your URLs will be iflip.page/your-name/flipbook-name.html. This allows you to present your flipbooks under your own branded URL.

  • My PDF files have links. Will the links still work on the flipbooks?

    Yes. The Lite and Professional plans include automatic link detection. The links in your PDF files remain active and clickable in the resulting flipbooks.

  • Can I create a collection or bookshelf of multiple flipbooks?

    Yes. You can organize multiple flipbooks into collections or bookshelves that display thumbnails of your flipbooks. This feature is available with Professional plans.

  • My PDF files have bookmarks. Can I use those on the flipbooks?

    With a Lite or Professional account you can choose to use the bookmarks from your PDF to automatically generate a table of contents, or you can create a custom table of contents from scratch.

  • What should I expect after placing my order?

    Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with your sign-in details so you can immediately access your dashboard and start creating flipbooks.

  • Do flipbooks work on mobile phones and tablets?

    Yes. The flipbooks are responsive and work on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Readers can swipe or tap to turn pages on touch devices. You can also change the way the flipbook appears on any device from the dashboard.

  • Can I see how many people view my flipbooks?

    Yes. Professional plans include analytics so you can track views and engagement metrics for your flipbooks.

  • Can I update or replace a flipbook after I've uploaded it?

    Yes. You can replace the content of an existing flipbook with a new PDF at any time. The flipbook URL and embed codes will stay the same, so you don't need to update any links.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    All payments and subscriptions are managed through Freemius. You can access your Freemius account at any time to manage billing and update your subscription status.
